Zoozap uses Australia Post for shipping of all orders.

Shipping rates are :

1 pair - $5.00 | 2 pair - $8.00 | 3 pair - $11.00 | 4 pair - $14.00 | 5+ pair $17.00

 Estimated delivery times are:

Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro: 3 working days

Adelaide: 4 working days

Perth & Darwin Metro: 6 working days

All Other Areas: 7 working days

Zoozap does not ship internationally at this time

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns 
Zoozap offers a 7 day return policy from date of purchase if you change your mind. However, the product must be unopened in its original packaging condition and not worn. Unfortunately Zoozap will not reimburse for the postage return handling cost.  To arrange a return please contact us at our contact page.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is returned in it's original state, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. If there are any delays in processing, please contact us through our contact page.
